The position requires orchestrating delivery across planning, governance, and performance tracking while collaborating with Medical Information, Digital, and platform teams.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
Experience in scientific communications and medical content operations
Proven track record in regulated environments and compliance workflows
Strong understanding of enterprise content platforms like CLM and Veeva
Ability to lead without authority in a matrix organization
Nice-to-have
Experience working within GBS or shared services models
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI tools
Certification in Agile, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies
Exposure to digital transformation and operating model design
Passion for improving processes and enabling high-quality communications
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or equivalent experience
Strong experience managing complex multi-stakeholder workflows with approval steps
