Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project delivery for the APAC HR Employee Exit initiative, focusing on standardising and digitising the process across APAC markets.
Own project governance including RAID management, milestone tracking, and reporting, while coordinating across HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders in multiple APAC markets.
Oversee the full SDLC, including requirements validation, integration design, UAT, cutover, and hypercare, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant process implementation.
