Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of collectors to perform at their highest level, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Oversee daily order holds and make informed credit decisions regarding order releases, ensuring collectors meet monthly A/R aging goals and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales Representatives, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and other cross-functional partners to support smooth credit and collections operations.
