  • This position is responsible for fostering clinical excellence in Social Work services across acute, sub-acute and palliative care settings and more broadly, through social work service development, clinical education, supervision and research.
  • The incumbent will foster social work excellence and innovation through delivering and implementing evidence-based practice, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
  • You will benefit from the support and guidance of the Social Work Manager and the Social Work Senior Team.
