The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a part-time Campus Shuttle Driver to operate shuttle vehicles within the University Park and State College area. Applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger Endorsement and have relevant driving experience

Job Summary

  • Drive shuttle services vehicles, such as van-buses, vans, shuttle buses, handicap service vehicles, etc., on established routes and schedules, and special assignments, to transport passengers within the University Park and State College area.
  • Check all passengers upon entering vehicle for required pass, as assigned, and provide information such as campus directions, building locations, etc., as requested.
  • Check vehicles for fuel, lubrication, water, antifreeze, etc., and report malfunctions and/or needed repairs and servicing to Supervisor or Group Leader.
