Job Summary
This role is to manage IT categories’ key vendors across Sun Life while supporting the expansion of team’s capacity and capabilities to cover key vendors in other categories.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of vendors against contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Understand business needs and act as a liaison to ensure a strong client experience and business performance.
