Job Summary

  • As the regional leader of the Americas Workplace Experience team, you will be responsible for all areas of the workplace, including experience, services, facilities management, real estate lease management, fit-out and refurbishment projects, health and safety, and sustainability.
  • The primary responsibility is to oversee AVEVA’s office environments in the Americas, managing and inspiring the regional team and external service providers to ensure best practices, cost governance, and strategic alignment.

  • Project/change management
  • Managing large projects of workplace design, construction, service delivery, and related technology in a multinational footprint
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or corporate real estate or equivalent experience
  • Currently reside within a commutable distance (50 miles) of San Leandro, CA
