This role will partner closely with the Tech, Product Data/AI & Security functions to support a more proactive approach to manage legal and regulatory risk in each of these departments.
Support revenue growth by drafting, advising and negotiating commercial and technology agreements, ensuring that contractual terms align with Siteminder’s commercial objectives and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent) and practicing certificate
At least ten years of experience
At least four years of experience in cyber law
Demonstrable knowledge of AI
Strong understanding of GDPR and Australian privacy law
