Job Summary
This role shapes how cutting-edge cell therapy portfolios reach patients across a regional network of healthcare centers by leading site operations readiness and designing reliable workflows.
You will provide expert oversight on the entire chain of identity and custody while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, and quality leaders.
The position requires up to 50% travel to engage sites, strengthen partnerships, and support operational excellence within a fast-moving, collaborative team culture.

Raw material collection and infusion oversight
Cross-functional workflow design
Site activation and risk-based training
SOP deviation and CAPA resolution
Nice-to-have
Experience with advanced biologics therapies
Deep familiarity with hospital infusion centers
Exceptional communication and relationship building
Fluency in English and Italian languages
Track record of driving operational excellence
Key Requirements
Proven experience leading site activation for complex therapies
Expertise in COI/COC systems and traceability
Hands-on experience with quality systems (Deviations, CAPA)
