Job Summary

  • The Hospital Administrator will play a critical role in scaling GP operations to support referral growth into ER and Specialty departments, building leadership depth across departments, establishing operational rigor and consistency, and driving sustainable financial performance.
  • This is a senior operational leadership role with full responsibility for Hospital P&L performance, multi-department operations (GP, ER, specialty, boarding), leadership development across all levels of the hospital, client experience and service delivery standards, and execution of growth and expansion initiatives.
