Job Summary

  • Manage a busy team of staff, both local and remote, delivering exceptional company secretarial, governance and administration services to a portfolio of key clients.
  • Build relationships with intermediaries, third parties and key client contacts, acting as the first point of contact and fostering client retention and referrals.
  • Contribute to the department’s strategy for growth, participate actively in team and management strategy sessions and take responsibility for your team achieving revenue targets.
