Job Summary

  • This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
  • Responsibilities include completing assigned work orders, performing the make-ready process for vacant apartments, maintaining grounds and common areas, and supporting cost-cutting programs.

Key Requirements

  • EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal
  • State and Local certifications
  • Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry, crawl
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexible work schedule including on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays
