** American University is seeking a part-time Events and Research Specialist for its Race, Climate, and Agrarian Justice Lab. Job Summary

  • The Associate will assist with event planning for a late April summit, including coordinating with AU staff on event logistics and with partner organizations and participants.
  • Following the summit and listening sessions, the Associate will work closely with the lab’s Co-Directors and external partners to sort through, co-analyze, and co-author briefing papers.
  • This is a temporary part-time position ending on or before December 31, 2026, with an expected 5 - 10 hours per week.
