Job Summary
You will own product strategy, roadmaps, cross functional execution, and go to market for high reliability cooling products targeting cloud data centers, AI computing facilities, colocation, and enterprise DCs.
Lead NPI full lifecycle management including phase in and out activities in partnership with engineering and sales leaders while prioritizing features and managing trade offs.
Partner closely with R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to drive project governance, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and ensure on time/on budget launches.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree or above in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering
5+ years product management experience in data center cooling
Technical understanding of data center thermal design
Experience with end to end new product development lifecycle
