Must-have

  • 7+ years accounting or FP&A experience
  • 5+ years people management experience
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with macros
  • SAP manufacturing environment expertise
  • Standard costing and variance analysis
  • GAAP accounting compliance knowledge
  • VP-level business partnering skills

  • MBA or CPA/CMA certification preferred

Key Requirements
