  • Provide deep technical expertise in Azure Monitor and the Azure observability stack, supporting enterprise customers through design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
  • Help customers gain operational visibility, improve reliability, and accelerate incident response by implementing scalable observability architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices.
  • Diagnose complex issues using logs, metrics, and distributed traces, and analyze platform and application telemetry to identify root causes.
