Job Summary

• This position supports Special Programs by developing and administering a comprehensive security program rooted in Raytheon's values of safety and trust.
• The role requires ensuring strict compliance with DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, and Intelligence Community Directives while managing physical security for SAPFs and SCIFs.
• Candidates will interface with government customers and senior management to resolve complex security issues and conduct self-inspections in a deadline-driven environment.

Base: $95,500 - $181,700 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off
