The role requires performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex performance and reliability issues in Spark and Delta Lake.
You will build rapid proofs of concept and train customer engineering teams on best practices for performance tuning and debugging.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-12 years distributed computing experience
4+ years production-scale Spark/ML/AI solutions
Deep knowledge of Spark core internals and JVM optimization
Hands-on expertise with Data Lakes and Cloud ETL tools
3-5 years customer-facing Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect experience
Nice-to-have
Proficiency in Generative AI and Deep Learning ecosystems
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems
Ability to develop comprehensive playbooks and knowledge bases
Strong relationship-building skills with senior leadership
Proven ability to pilot new best practice processes
Key Requirements
8-12 years designing distributed computing applications
4+ years delivering production-scale Spark/ML/AI solutions
3-5 years in customer-facing roles like TAM or Solutions Architect
