Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction investigations, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and reconciling inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Supports customer requests for quotes and pricing, coordinates material returns, and monitors progress from initial contact to final resolution, providing timely reports to various departments.

Key Requirements
