The Dietary Director ensures meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
This role manages dietary staff, maintains budget compliance, and coordinates with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The work environment is usually low to moderate noise with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
