Job Summary
Provide customized engineering and maintenance support to airlines, authorities, and MROs to ensure safe and cost-effective operations.
Monitor and improve fleet performance across the Asia-Pacific region to meet global reliability targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Lead fleet review meetings, prepare new program Entry Into Service (EIS) support, and build partnerships with APAC customers through regular visits and workshops.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years experience in Customer Services
Graduated in aeronautical studies
Knowledge of FAA/EASA Regulations
Nice-to-have
Experience in technical service/support field
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work in different culture environment
Tenacious, responsible, adaptable and flexible
Keen on extensive travelling within Asia-Pacific
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Services or airline maintenance
Degree in aeronautical studies or aircraft systems
Knowledge of JAR121, JAR145, and JAR66 regulations
