Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7+ years sales or solutioning experience
Deep knowledge of commercial real estate operations
Experience with Prop Tech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT
Proven track record selling to C-Suite executives
Structured sales process expertise (Miller Heiman, Salesforce)

Strategic problem-solving in ambiguous environments

Key Requirements
