Base: $77,800.00 - $97,300.00; Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus; Benefits: Healthcare, 401k, PTO, and wellbeing programs

Supervise electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic systems
Maintain departmental operating budget at positive variance

Experience implementing TPM Systems preferred
Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs troubleshooting programming
Understanding of ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems
Six Sigma Lean process improvement experience
Participation in safety committees and training
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Technical field
Minimum of 1-5 years leadership experience in Manufacturing
Familiarity with maintenance management system operations
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
