Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5-10 years Flight Test Organization experience
  • Formal SMS training or education
  • Understanding of external/internal safety regulations
  • Hazard identification and risk mitigation skills
  • Experience with flight test techniques and procedures

Nice-to-have

  • Graduate of a recognized Test Pilot School
  • Military aviation background
  • Knowledge of Human Factors and Crew Resource Management
  • Experience designing safety promotion materials
  • Negotiation-level English, German, or Spanish

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in Flight Test Organization
  • Engineering degree with first-hand flight test experience OR Test Pilot School graduate
  • Formal SMS training or education required
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools
