  • Underwriting and pricing expertise
  • Proficiency with CoStar and Real Capital Analytics
  • Knowledge of capital sources and lending appetite
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

  • Advanced business or CRE degree
