Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years of software engineering experience
experience in ATM software platforms
strong proficiency in Java, .NET, or C++
hands-on knowledge of integration with payments infrastructure
experience with cloud platforms
Nice-to-have
strong focus on observability and telemetry
excellent communication and collaboration abilities
strategic mindset with long-term vision
Key Requirements
3+ years in a senior/principal technical leadership role
proven track record in mentoring and technical leadership
deep understanding of event-driven and microservices architectures
