Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Flight dynamics and stability analysis
  • Control law implementation for UAS
  • Software development in C/C++ and Python
  • SIL HIL and flight test verification
  • Embedded systems architecture
  • System engineering and integration

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with VTOL fixed-wing and rotary platforms
  • Leadership in multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Background in Group 2/3 UAS programs
  • Ability to translate physics into executable code

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or related Engineering discipline
  • 8+ years experience in flight dynamics and CLAW
  • 3+ years experience in aircraft software development and integration
  • 3+ years experience in system engineering and cross-domain integration
  • Must be a US Person under ITAR definition (Citizen or Green Card)
