This is a hands-on leadership position, in addition to coaching and developing your team, you will set the example of excellent customer service while working alongside and with them.
Among the main functions: Supervise and ensure the advice provided at the counters. Supervise and ensure that procedures are followed by all assigned collaborators in the agency or agencies under your responsibility.
