Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner to help us find, recruit and onboard hundreds of new colleagues, mostly specialists, this year.
  • You will manage and deliver end-to-end campaigns in STEM disciplines, recruiting at least 120 professional/specialist hires directly per year with minimal agency support.

Key Requirements

  • Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner experience
  • Engineering recruitment experience preferred
  • Start in early/mid-May
  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Basic financial probity check
