Must-have
10+ years managing enterprise business applications
5+ years managing Learning Management Systems
Expertise in LMS systems architecture and integration
Experience with Cornerstone, Litmos, or Skilljar platforms
Knowledge of SSO authentication for LMS platforms

Hands-on ability to administer LMS platforms
Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
Experience delivering AI-enabled workflows
