Job Summary
Manage the work and provide technical leadership for a team of Licensing Engineers for the completion of various technical licensing work scopes assigned to support new reactor licensing for the BWRX-300 Advanced Nuclear Project.
Prepare licensing basis documentation in support of customer licensing applications for new reactor construction and operations, including Preliminary Safety Analysis Reports (PSARs), Pre-Operational Safety Analysis Reports (POSAR), Final Safety Analysis Reports (FSARs), and subject matter specific reports for regulatory submittal.
Interface with customers and regulatory personnel on regulatory issues, and to secure applicable permissions and approvals related to work scopes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or relevant discipline with 7 years related professional work experience
Master's Degree in science, engineering or relevant discipline with 5 years related professional work experience
Minimum 6 years commercial operating or new proposed nuclear power plant experience
Minimum 2 years experience leading complex projects
