Job Summary
The role is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of programs supporting Intramural Student Staff including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
The incumbent serves as the lead Race Director for the UBC Triathlon, managing all aspects from route planning and permit acquisition to participant experience and risk management.
This position manages two student staff teams and collaborates with colleagues across UBC to foster a culture of learning, leadership, and service for over 300 volunteers.
