Base: $45,100.00 - $75,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses and discretionary bonuses possible; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years education/experience
No clearance required to start
AS/AAS in Photonics or related technology preferred
Two years experience with optical coating processes preferred
Experience with optical metrology preferred
Two years experience in fabrication and troubleshooting systems
