Job Summary

  • This role leads global efforts to modernize maintenance practices, integrate data-driven decision making, and leverage new technologies to enhance asset performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Establish global standards and governance for maintenance data collection, asset health monitoring, performance metrics, and analytics to ensure consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working in a global or multi-site, matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel globally
