Job Summary
The Peer Support Specialist will support and provide guidance to individuals undergoing recovery from pain and/or substance use disorders with a specific focus on those presenting to the ED in need of Opioids.
Responsibilities include assisting patients in identifying personal recovery goals, connecting them with community resources, and serving as a mentor in personal and family recovery management.
