Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the Health Care Supervisor is to provide direct supervision of the Health Care Technician I’s, focusing on maintaining health and safety and ensuring continuous active treatment.
  • The HCS provides coaching, modeling, and mentoring to all staff on the assigned shift by acting as a floater between assigned area homes, performing resident care and staff monitoring.
  • The HCS is responsible for implementing residents’ plans through direct resident service provision and coordinating the efforts of the Trainer staff for whom they provide direct supervision.
