Mondelez International is seeking a Senior Manager for their North America Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for financial reporting and performance management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, a strong understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry, and leadership skills to enhance operational efficiency

Job Summary

  • Manage and execute aspects of the financial planning and performance management process, including Annual Contract planning and Strategic Plan.
  • Drive NA system enhancements to improve efficiencies in ways of working and lead projects to identify efficiencies and improvements.
  • Consolidate, report and present total US P&L performance to Finance Leadership and ensure cross-functional alignment of the P&L analysis.

Key Requirements

  • 9 or more years of FP&A or commercial finance and/or accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with consumption data analysis preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with SAC, FIT, Tableau and Power BI strongly preferred
