Key Requirements

  • 15+ years CAE or related engineering experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field preferred
  • Experience with Dymola, TwinBuilder, or Modelica platforms
  • Experience with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow a plus
  • Proven CAE strategy implementation
  • Leadership in a global innovative company
