Job Summary

  • Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Supports the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Provides direct patient care including vascular access evaluation, dialysis treatment initiation and discontinuation, and documentation while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
