The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program tailored to residents' needs.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting in communication between employees, residents, families, and external agencies.
The position requires maintaining activity schedules, assisting with quality assurance, and helping with resident transportation and discharge planning.
