Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years CPG or Beverage Alcohol experience
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) background required
P&L accountability and financial acumen
Syndicated database experience IRI or Nielsen
Travel up to 30% including winery site visits
Nice-to-have
WSET Level 2 or 3 certification desirable
Court of Master Sommeliers certification preferred
Solid understanding of three-tier distribution system
Master's Degree in related field preferred
Experience managing external agencies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field
Valid U.S. Passport required
Minimum 4+ years industry experience
US work authorization implied by passport requirement
