Job Summary

• The Server Assistant delivers food and beverages to guests in multiple areas of the building, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the overall order, and clears tables and the bar as soon as guests leave to prepare for the next guest.
• In this role, your responsibilities include working closely and providing assistance to the wait staff, dishwashers, bar and kitchen staff, ensuring there are always clean plates and flatware for each table or at the bar, maintaining liquor and bar supplies are filled to sustain service levels at the bar, and changing kegs in the walk-in fridge or portable bars when required.
