Job Summary

• The Assistant Plant Manager – AHC will support the Sparta Plant Manager and is accountable for leading the daily operations in Sparta’s multi-building manufacturing facility.
• This role is responsible for developing, communicating and deploying effective production manufacturing strategies and processes that enable achievement of safety, financial, production, and employment goals.
