Job Summary

  • Work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with.
  • Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations and help them use our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify any changes, and perform interviews and process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products.
