Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and promptly report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
Starting salary is $19 per hour, dependent on experience, with responsibilities including lifting up to 25 pounds and maintaining strict confidentiality of resident data.
