• Lead the Pacific Northwest Regional Companion Animal sales team to accomplish regional sales goals and organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage talent for the attraction, retention, and motivation of the regional sales team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
