Job Summary
This role reports to the Global Head of Alternative Sales and is responsible for the North America sales strategy for the Alternative Investments business including private equity, real estate and hedge fund solutions.
The Head of Alternative Investments Sales NAM will manage a team of investment professionals responsible for distribution coordination with Bankers and Investment Counselors across Citi Wealth’s client segments.
In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.

Salary
Base: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards; Benefits: medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
