The Compliance Officer will participate in the establishment and updating of various risk mappings and formalize and execute second-level controls within the framework of FAM SAS's activity plan.
The role involves participating in all departmental work on the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing framework, including customer onboarding, periodic reviews, and transaction monitoring.
The position requires participation in departmental work on ESG, GDPR, product marketing, and AIFM aspects, as well as relations with the regulator, training, and regulatory watch.
