Your role within our team could typically include advising our clients on Commercial and contractual disputes, Class actions, Regulatory inquiries and investigations, Corporate crime, Royal Commissions / Commissions of Inquiry/coronial inquests, Risk and compliance advisory, Taxation disputes & Investigations, Projects disputes, Product liability and product recall, Insurance claims and advisory, Arbitration, Internal investigations.
