The successful candidate will take total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of projects from initial establishment to handover, commissioning and project closure.

Key Requirements
Degree in Project or Construction Management or related Services discipline with 2+ years' experience
Trade qualification and 4+ years' experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
Project experience in the data centre sector
Knowledge of planning approval pathways
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of project delivery methods and commissioning
Experience with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 standards
